Quality is one of the most important features of Gent Machine's parts. We have a quality lab, a team of inspectors and audits performed every day. However, the first line of defense of non-conforming parts are our operators and the shop quality control.

To assist our operators and our shop quality we have 2 comparators strategically placed, a Six Sigma Discovery vision system, hundreds or gages and instruments and soon to be a floor CMM. Below are images of these items that help ensure our operators are producing quality parts.
