We are your economic solution to producing quantities as low as 500 pieces to volumes in the millions. We use multiple spindle Davenport and Acmes machines, single spindle Marubeni Citizen Swiss computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines and Hydromat rotary transfer machines. All of these machines are capable of producing tight tolerances from common materials like steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. If you require parts from exotic metals, our Swiss machines would be the answer. We turn/mill parts out of copper, A286, titanium, inconel, nitronic 50 and others.

Our service and quality is what sets us apart from our competitors. We constantly receive praise for our service and communication. Contact us today to see the difference in quality, price, and service.

EXPLORE GENT

Automotive Parts

We produce a plethora of parts for the automotive industry. Our largest volume production goes into the air bag systems for all vehicles.

Swiss CNC

We recently signed an agreement with Mazak to purchase 5 Syncrex swiss CNC machines. Added to our 10 Citizen swiss CNC machines and one Eurotech twin spindle twin turret, we will now have 15 machines . We continue to see growth in this department because these machines serve the mid volume market very well. There are always customers needing 1000 to 10,000 pieces.

What’s New?

Assembly department growth. In the last 2 years we have grown our assembly department from 3 employees to 7 employees. For decades we only assembled one part for a long standing customer but over the years we've broadened our capabilities. We now assemble 6 different parts for our 3 different customers.
